I have a bit of a weakness for Rococo salted caramels, in their many incarnations, and there is many a Sunday I stop off at their small shop in South West London for a treat. So when this book came out — and it comes, gorgeously, in a box, just made to be a Christmas present — I knew I had to try my hand at the Salted Caramel Truffles to start off with. I haven't made them yet, but until I do, this book makes for very delicious reading.
