Chop the mushrooms vertically into fine strips and sautee in olive oil. Toss along with the sprouts and tomatoes. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and seasoning in a separate container. Use your discretion when it comes to the seasoning, sometimes too much destroys the taste of the sprouts and mushrooms. Once youre satisfied with the dressing, toss it with the salad, and youre done!
