Beat egg whites till stiff. Add sugar, vanilla, and baking powder. Fold in crackers, and nuts. Put in well buttered pie plate. Bake 30 minutes at 350F/180C. T op with dash cream, fruit etc. DELICIOUS.

- 3 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
