Metric Cups
  • fennel (1 bulb, chopped roughly)
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey (a scant spoonful)
  • 1 lemon (unwaxed, juice and grated zest of)
  • black pepper (a fresh grating of)
  • 1 dash olive oil
