Brown chicken in oil. Remove to a plate. Add more oil and fry onion. Add flour and curry powder and cook 1 min. Gradually add cider, stirring. Return chicken to pan and add cooking apple. Cover and cook at 180 degrees C for 1 hour. Stir in cream or yogurt to required consistency. Return to oven for 5 mins. Serve with rice and a green salad with avocado. (Avocado goes really well with this).
