Melt butter. Mix dry ingredients together. Add butter to dry ingredients and mix until they bind together. Press into a square/oblong oiled tray, spread evenly and bake at gas 4/350f/180c for 20-25 mins. When cold mix together topping and spread over cooked base.

For the Cake
- 12 ounces all-purpose flour
- ¾ ounce baking powder
- 3 ounces coconut
- 2 ounces cornflakes
- ¾ ounce unsweetened cocoa
- 4 ounces sugar
- 10 ounces butter
For the Topping
- 170 confectioners' sugar
- 7 unsweetened cocoa
- 30 boiling water
