Persimmon Mousse

Peel the persimmons and open them in half and remove the seeds. Chop the 6 amaretti and biscotti secchi. Put in the mixer:parsimmons,chopped biscuits,egg,1 tbs of sugar and 2 tbs of rum. Mix briefly and then pour the mousse inside 4 little bowl and put them in the fridge for 2 hours. Garnish each bowl with an amaretto biscuit.If you like you can add a dollop of whipped cream on each amaretto.Enjoy!
