Fadge (Irish Potato Bread)

Mix the mash in a large bowl with half as much flour, add a little hot milk to bind, until it forms a soft dough, then roll out as you would pastry (thickish - about 1 1/2 cm) Heat a little butter in a frying pan, and fry the pancake type structure (or fadge, as it is properly known) until golden on both sides (turn halfway through cooking) and serve hot , with some more butter
Introduction
Sort of a thick potato pancake, fantastic for using up leftover mashed potato delicious at breakfast time, or whenever. note: if you get really bored, can also be used as a frisbee.
