Heat oven 180°C. Chop the potatoes into wedges and cover place in a roasting tin and cover with the water and place in over for 20 minutes (or part cooked). Whilst the potatoes are cooking slice the onion into rings, fine chop the garlic, slice the mushrooms, grate the cheese. With the tub of creme fraiche turn into a bowl and then stir in the tablespoon of paprika. Once the potatoes have cooked for twenty minutes, or until part cooked, take them out of the oven and place the chicken breasts on top but make sure that they are spread out. Now place the garlic on top of the breasts then the onions on top of the garlic. Finally the Mushrooms and then top this with the creme fresh mixture. (so a layer of garlic on the chicken topped with onions and mushrooms and then the creme fresh) Try and do everything evenly so everyone gets a good layer of everything especially the creme fresh mixture. Finally top the lot with the grated cheese. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes or until everything is cooked thoroughly! That's it eat but maybe when you take it out leave it for five minutes to cool!!!!

You place the potatoes in the tray and cook them underneath the chicken. You need to cook the potatoes a bit first or they won't be ready at the same time.
Also, what happens to the grated potatoes (as in list of ingredients)?
I keep being critical of these recipes but what happens to the partly cooked potatoes? They have been forgotten. Also, if these potatoes have been put in a roasting pan there is no way that 100 ml of water is going to cover them.
