  • 1 kilogram baby new potatoes (halved)
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 gherkins (chopped)
  • 1 handful fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2⅕ pounds baby white potatoes (halved)

  • chop the baby potatoes in half.
  • peel the sweet potatoes and cut into 2 inch chunks.
  • boil the potatoes in salted water until done but not smushy. mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, dill and gherkins together. coat the cooled potatoes with the sauce!

    if it's too thick, pour a bit of the pickle juice in. you might want to put the sweet potato in a little after the baby potatoes so that they don't mush.
