Take the stalk out of the mushrooms, if using garlic butter stuff the caps. Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with oil. Put into a heated oven, gas mark 5/6, for about 20 mins.Or until the mushrooms are cooked through. Put the mushrooms to one side on a warmed plate, and mop the juices up with the bread. Put one of the slices, juice side up, and place the mushrooms on it, cover with the other slice and cut in half. Eat and enjoy
