Cheese & Bacon Rounds

Preheat over to 200 degree's C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Combine bacon, cheese, onion and flour into a large bowl and stir to combine. In a jug, add the milk, egg & mustard and whisk. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until its thoroughly combined. Place generous tablespoonfuls onto the baking trays and bake in the oven for 12 - 18 minutes or until golden brown. These are delicious served warm but still thoroughly enjoyable cold too!

- 1 small finely chopped onion
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon french mustard
