Cheese & Bacon Rounds

Introduction

Tasty morsels which are easy to make and delicious. What more could you ask for?

Ingredients

Serves: 4

  • 7 ounces diced bacon
  • 2 cups cheese
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon french mustard

  • Preheat over to 200 degree's C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  • Combine bacon, cheese, onion and flour into a large bowl and stir to combine.
  • In a jug, add the milk, egg & mustard and whisk. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until its thoroughly combined.
  • Place generous tablespoonfuls onto the baking trays and bake in the oven for 12 - 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  • These are delicious served warm but still thoroughly enjoyable cold too!
