- 360 grams flour
- 300 grams butter
- 200 grams icing sugar
- 2 eggs
- 40 grams cocoa
- 15 grams honey
- 2 grams orange zest
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 12¾ ounces flour
- 10⅗ ounces butter
- 7 ounces confectioners' sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1⅖ ounces unsweetened cocoa
- ½ ounce honey
- ounce orange zest
- 1 tablespoon vanilla

- Mix butter (room temperature) with icing sugar and honey. Add eggs and flour and cocoa, vanilla and orange zest. Mix till the dough is amalgamated, than put it in a pastry bag and make some ring biscuits.
- Let the biscuits in the fridge for 15 min and in the meantime preheat the oven at 190°C. Bake them for 15 min. Enjoy
