Simple place everything into the slow cooker (Crock Pot) and place on medium and let cook all day. The meat falls off the bones easily and it makes a great soup for dinner with fresh rolls or a loaf of french bread, and real butter. You could also cook in a dutch oven at 350* until cooked and tender. Around two hours.
Introduction
In the winter because we ski so much and I volunteer with search and rescue, my slow cooker (Crock Pot) gets a work out. One of my families favorite meals is stewed chicken with white wine, tomato and mushrooms.
