Quick No Burn Pancakes

Heat a meduim frying pan over a low heat and lightly oil. Whisk the milk and egg(s) in a bowl. In a separate bowl sift the flour and slowly add the milk and egg mixture, whisking untill untill combined with no lumps. Leave mixture to rise for about 1 minute, meanwhile wipe the oil of the pan (By doing this you have sealed the pores of the pan with the oil, stopping your pancakes from burning you may need to repeat this if the pancakes begin to burn to easy. Melt a knob of butter on the pan and pour the desired sized pancake. Flip the pancake when the pancakes surface is bubbly and looks slighty brown when lighty lifted with a splatular. Remove the pancake from the pan when cooked. Repeat as many times as you can from the mixture.

- 1 cup milk
- 1 medium egg (1 egg per person)
- 2 tablespoons butter (for cooking and/or serving purposes)
- 1 dash olive oil
- 1 squeeze golden syrup or light corn syrup (or any other topping you prefer)
