Add the oil/butter in a hot wok.Then add all the spices and stir fry.When the aroma of the spices is released add the cashew and few rasins and the slit chillies and the boiled peas and stir fry. then add the cooked rice and stir fry till everything is mixed well. Add a dash of salt to taste. Top with chopped cilantro/corriander leaves. Done! Tips: Don't use olive oile, use regular oil or butter. Can be reheated in a microwave, tastes just as good. You can add some toasted almond flakes to enhance the fanciness of this dish :)

- 3 cups cooked rice (preferably basmati)
- 1 tablespoon oil (not olive, or butter)
- 1 handful cashew nuts
- 1 handful raisins (small raisins)
- 1 handful green peas
- chopped cilantro
- 1 stick cinnamon
- black peppercorns (whole)
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 cardamom
- 2 green chiles (if you like it spicy, slit)
- 3 cloves
- gram star anise
- toasted sliced almonds (optional)
