Boil potatoes and carrot in water for 15 minutes till tender and soft. Mash the potatoes together with bread, spices and egg. Form into small balls Heat oil and fry till golden brown

A spicy potato cutlets good for bites, snacks. Made by domestic goddess Sivagami.

- 3 large potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 slices bread (soak in water)
- 1 egg
- onions
- fresh ginger
- garlic (grind into a paste)
- chilli powder
- ground cumin
- salt
- pepper
